I have had nothing but first class…

I have had nothing but first class service from John Banks Colchester, during my purchase of a scooter and subsequent visits. The staff are friendly and very efficient. Free coffee is a bonus!

OK, SO FAR

I have delayed getting a smart meter for a number of years, to enable all the "bugs" to be ironed out. In the event, all seems to have progressed smoothly. So far! The installer was very efficient and helpful.

A superb level of service

I have only recently signed up for this service, following difficulties with local pharmacies. My first issue of medication was received within a couple of days and I was kept informed as to progress the whole time. I consider this a superb service.

Fantastic service from John Banks in Colchester

I bought a Honda scooter from John Banks (Colchester) in April this year and attended for its 1st inspection/service today. On both occasions all the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this company. The scooter (Honda SH125i) is great too!

NO STARS OR MINUS

NO STARS would be better. Yesterday, a parcel arrived bearing my street address, but the name and postcode of a village 3 miles away. I managed to catch the driver and explained this. The same parcel has just been delivered to my doorstep today!! This driver must have taken lessons from Mo, and got away. I have no idea of how to contact Amazon as I do not have an account, and am now trying to locate the intended recipient, who is probably only there at weekends. SHEER INCOMPETENCE.
