Full five stars for Hurst, easy to use website, can generally get what I am shopping for at a competetive price and a very helpful team to go to if needed

Too early to tell if chews are helping my dog, literally only just a couple of days in with them however I have received some truly wonderful support and help from the Hound Wellness team.

Always have a good shopping experience in your Newport, Isle of Wight branch, Sadly you do not stock the brand (Platinum) of dog food I feed my dog but you are always the first stop for your good range of natural, healthy treats, chicken feet etc. I recently got a new dog, a young adult and he just loves going into your shop to meet the staff to have a fuss and a treat, Jollyes, Newport great place to shop for your pets needs

Really great experience with this company when Gordon took me to collect my new dog and bring dog and myself back to my home. It would have been very stressful for me if I had attempted this fairly long trip via very busy motorways and A roads and a ferry crossing thrown in for good measure if I had to concentrate on the driving and worrying if the dog was OK in the back of my car. With Gordon transporting us my dog was safe and secure in the van and knowing my dog was comfortable in his crate during the trip made the whole journey a pleasant experience. When my dog was put in his crate at the start of the journey and again when he was removed from the crate when we arrived at my home he was handled in a calm and caring way by Gordon. Would recommend this company.

MY dog will no longer eat Lilys Kitchen kibble. He started going off his meals and then stopped eating the food altogether, he would take a mouthful, spit it out and walk away from it even though he was hungry. He was also getting runny poos and itching a lot. I always kept several bags of different flavours so thinking it was maybe something wrong with the bag I opened a different one, same thing would not eat it, tried another bag, still would not eat it. I thought maybe he was ill and needed to go to vet but before I did that I got him another make of food and gave some to my dog and he ate it all without hesitation. I looked at the composition of one of my bags of Liliys Kitchen (Wild Woodland Walk). Composition is Duck 20%, Salmon 10%, Venison 5%, 35% total meat content. No percentage on any other ingredients except Botanicals and Herbs 1% so apart from a very small amount of Cranberries, Blackberries and Spinach I can only assume the other 64% is made up of cheap fillers Potato, Pea Protein and Lentils. This is a fairly pricey dog food and it seems to me that it is overpriced for what it is and not the good product that it used to be. I have changed him to a different food, poos now back to normal, itching stopped and a dog who looks for his food again. I now have a bag of Wild Woodland Walk, a bag of Ancient Grains and 2 bags of Fish that my dog wont even go near and I dont even feel that I can offer it to our local animal charity

This is a great company to deal with, website easy to use, goods arrive promptly and well packed. Really healthy, wholesome products for your dog, something to suit all dogs whatever the age or breed or size of the dog. A bit expensive but worth the extra cost for the quality of the products and the peace of mind knowing the products are sourced and made using trusted suppliers. All this with a really good team at the end of the phone if you want more info about any of the products.

Went in enquiring about mixers to supplement my dogs normal food - he needs to put some weight back on following illness, great service, staff very helpful and took time to explore the different products with me. My dog had a fuss made of him and he also had a treat, I used to shop at Pets at Home but changed to your company last year. Really good shopping experience

I have not been into Jollyes for some time, never been really impressed with the store but was really pleasantly surprised. The store had been updated and a really good range of good, wholesome foods and treats for dogs. All the things that my dog likes, JR Pet products, Hollings products as well as chicken feet and buffalo lung. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. YOU HAVE WON A NEW CUSTOMER IN NEWPORT ISLE OF WIGHT

Have a delivery from your company on a regular basis, always comes within the time slot and your staff are always polite and cheerful and what is most important to me they shut the gate on the way out, this means a lot to me because I have a dog and do not want him out in the road, wish all people who deliver would do the same. On the whole a great company to deal with and a thank you to you and your staff for an excellent service.

Good, wholesome treats for dogs, just natural food, My dog has loved everything that I have bought from JR Pet Products. Orders are dispatched very quickly. Would not even give one star! Heard from a friend that Petlog had updated their data base, so she checked out the details for her two dogs, found one on data base but other dog was missing so she had to reregister it. With this in mind I thought I would check if my dog was still on the Petlog data base and cannot find him, have raised an account as requested, still cannot find his details, web site is not very good, keep going round in circles, and cannot find out how to reregister, have emailed Petlog and had no reply and have tried for three days running to contact them by phone but lines are always engaged and after a short time on hold you are cut off and have to redial. Some people are still unaware of this monumental chaos and some do not have access to a computer so they do not know if they are affected. Everyone should have been advised of this by letter with the means of a paper reregistration if necessary.

The products are reliably sourced and are good quality and should you have any questions about a product the team at JR Pet Products are very helpful and knowledgeable. A good company that you can trust and I have recommended them to other dog owners and they have gone on to buy from them.
