We recently stayed in a Premium Gold caravan and had mixed feelings about our stay. There were definitely some positives, but also some disappointing issues.
The caravan wasn’t as clean as we expected. There were stains on the sofa and cushions, the sofa had an unpleasant smell, visible dust and cobwebs inside the radiator, marks on the curtains, and debris on the carpet. The kettle had a noticeable build-up of limescale, and there were very few clothes hangers provided, which made unpacking inconvenient.
On the positive side, the bedding was clean, and the bed was comfortable, so we slept well. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We also experienced a power cut, but it was resolved very quickly, which we really appreciated. The on-site shop was well stocked and convenient, and the swimming pool was great and enjoyed by the whole family.
Overall, the park has good facilities and excellent staff, but the cleanliness and presentation of the caravan didn’t match what we expected from a Premium Gold accommodation. With more attention to cleaning and maintenance, the experience would have been much better

Can’t buy wormer tablets as in all Huddersfield shop wasn’t trained person which is allowed to sell it. Other day made online order, one hour later order was cancelled by shop, never received refund.
