The item was sent inside a plain bubble packet on some of the hottest days of the year. As peptides are destroyed by heat this makes the product useless
They claim on their website that:
Do you ship temperature-controlled?
Yes. All peptides are lyophilised and dispatched with ice-gel packs in insulated mailers. Free temperature-controlled delivery is included on all UK orders.
This is a blatant lie.

Ordered a wb200 unit and paid for pro installation on 24th aug. parts took few weeks to arrive. It is now 1st nov and despite many calls and emails they have still not arranged my installation. I call every few days and get the same excuses over and over. They have taken money and are not supplying the service. Best to avoid them.
Update: (12-11-2022) on weds i rang again and this time was finally given an install day of coming saturday. The installer called me to confirm saturday 0830-0900. Come saturday no show from the installer guy and not responding to my messages. Again awful service.

Great service from ASK. Ordered a samsung 43"TV to be shipped to me in Amsterdam, and it was dispatched the next day and arrived in 4 days. Very well packed (the put packing over the top of the samsung box, with extra bubble wrap too)
So after all my internet searching to find a company selling UK TV Models with european shipping, I can say I was very pleased.
I will not hesitate to use them again next time.
