For reassurance, our site allocates the best available seats from the criteria you choose/what is there when you try to book.

Problem on buy page
Put presale tickets into basket. Page says 5 minutes to buy them. Put payment details in and press buy. Message comes up to say no longer available,even though I had 3 named seats in my basket.
Next time I tried the payment details page was blank. Refreshed it 3 times before I could process payment.

I rated 4 stars due to the fact
I rated 4 stars due to the fact, when booking tickets you can’t pick your actual seats which I like to do. I usually like to book the end seats of the row. I still booked and went ahead as it was the first day or presale tickets and wasn’t sure if I waited for the next day what would be available.
Apart from that very easy to book through, nice quick and easy which is what you want when booking tickets.
