Stay clear! Absolutely rotten staff! HOTEL MANAGER FATMIA! what an awful lady put my 17yr old out on the street! Even tho I could give consent and give a deposit still said no! Travelled over 100miles with her gf for a weekend away and these people ruined their trip! Don’t expect a warm English welcome

absolute joke of a charity paid £600 for my dog to be seen he was very poorly with what they told me bladder stones that got ‘stuck’ he spent two nights in pdsa care every day had phone calls saying he needs surgery he needs surgery u need to pay more money. all they did was put a catheter in and i was charged over £500 he came home and he’s fine so no surgery needed. BUT he came home with a limp and a nipple missing absolutely no care for dogs i don’t even want to think about what he went threw but he’s bk and happy with out the surgery they said he so desperately needed they t a joke total waste of space if i went to a private vets it would of cost me £200 less for what they did NEVER AGAIN!!!!! YOUS SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!!!!!
