Very clear expectations and easy instructions on sending my phone for repairs. My phone returned in an excellent state, I thought it was brand new when I opened it. All problems resolved.

My cats love the food, they seem a lot more happier and energetic. We have no control over cats' preferences and have found one of our cats to be very fussy with beef. She prefers poultry type of food so the others end up with more beef. The flexibility in changing delivery dates is the best thing. We are in full control of how much we spend and Marro allows for a lot of flexibility. I order 96 pouches and have just the right amount of freezer space for them.

What's the point of advertising amazing quality clothes when you have dreadful customer service? Disappointing communication and people's skills whether it's by phone or email. I don't think managers exist as they are never available to talk. Someone teach them how to run a business. Bye forever.
