Looking at the past reviews it all seems to be about delivery ? You can have the best product on the planet, "Late" is not good, however ...

Mine was delivered in 5 Days, the quality is excellent, very well made & the materials used look robust / built to last.

We bought this at the introductory discounted price which makes it even better. Looking at the product its defiantly worth more than what we paid for it.

Tethering the dog while in it is probably the only issue, looks like a lead tethered to a an ISO fixing is going to be the best option

Excellent idea that has now developed into a wonderful product that should remove any heart ache if your pet goes missing.
The whole experience was seamless, from loading the app to updating the profile. Very clever as it shares all the benefits / services in a very easy format to understand. Scan the tab & fill the details in & you are sorted.

One negative through the experience has been fully understanding the cost ? The Word FREE has been used but 1/2 way through the registration a £7.00 charge was requested. Without doubt the cost / benefit is acceptable, however the process sucks you in & then you are a part of the subscription without really being informed about it

Having to use an out of hours emergency vet is never going to be a good experience. The worry of your loved pet suffering, the shock of everything going wrong and having to make decisions based on facts & not love, certainly pile the pressure on.

Arriving at 01:15am & being greeted by the emergency team at Glenfeild had an instant calming affect. Led by "David" the professional behaviors of this team were above & beyond. The empathy, understanding & clinical professionalism was next level. Unfortunately we lost "Tinker" our 12 year old Sha Pei that night, however the care & love she received during the consultation made the whole situation so much easier.

All we wanted to say was "Thank You"

After being the driver in an accident that wrote my vehicle off, its hard to pick out anything positive, however ......

Green Flag engaged Crouch to remove the stranded vehicle from the scene of the accident. The police were in attendance, the road was partially blocked & to be honest I was running on adrenaline. Kye from Crouch arrived & took control of the situation. He was calm, professional & very supportive. As I was urgently trying to sort the details Kye spent time ensuring every one was safe & re assuring my wife - daughter. The car was moved without any fuss, all paperwork sorted & to be honest the whole process was hassle free.

The vehicle was then moved to the safe keeping of Steve & his team at Crouch Storage Depot (Bardon). When I visited to collect my possessions, I was very impressed with the professional behavior & support offered. The team did everything they could to make sure everything was sorted in the most efficient manner. Personable, friendly & efficient is my best summary of the Crouch experience.

Lets not forget these guys deal with tragedy daily, and yet show no signs of the stress that they must have to deal with. Thank You Team

Reference Rear Brembo Brake & Disc Change Out Range Rover Sport. Punctual, priced competitively, & technician (Brad) carried out the repair to my full satisfaction. What was above, & beyond was verifying 5 Safety Critical Issues identified by Sturgesses (Leicester JLR Dealership). Brad spent time checking all issues, confirming that 3 were unfounded & but should be observed for the future. Brad, has carried out work on the car twice, & has proved to be very competent.

One comment i would make is that the Team need full time front desk support. They always seem very busy, & could do with some "Customer Meet & Greet". Garages can be daunting for some customers, & it would help :)

Reference: Coalville Depot (Brad): Without doubt the best "car related" customer service experienced. Well presented, professional, & considerate. The reason for the visit was to get my Brembo brake pads changed out on my Landrover RRS. Brad dealt with some horrendous caliper issues, communicated well, offered the best outcome at an affordable price. If this work had been carried out by the dealership, they would have suggested a £2.5k Brembo Caliper replacement.

Excellent service, very professional, Brad has sold me the F1 Brand & I will be back in the future. Thank You

You hope not to have to use the insurance, but when you do, you hope the process is as pain free as possible. We have just claimed, & were pleasantly pleased to find we were covered for the repair. Normally the bad news is that you aren’t covered....

The service, the speed of the resolve was exemplary. We had very little to contribute to the claim process as the garage dealt directly with the insurers. Excellent service on the phone, & to be honest the full process was slick / professional. Thank You
