The electrician arrived on time & I'd had tracking with him as to where he was on route. The fitting of the new smart meter was put in within the time stated & the smart gadget put in my living room with instructions. The electrician gave me a verbal questionnaire about how much electric I use with things like washing machines. It was a good & helpful experience.
