I had a horrendous time trying to get Vodafone top up activated on app.
Mo a wonderful assistant managed to give me a better option and sort out my problem with great efficiency and brilliant customer service , he is a credit to Vodafone

I RECIEVE CARD AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE…

I RECIEVE CARD AND HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO USE OR ACTIVATE DUE TO CODE CONSTANTLY WRONG , YET IT TAKES 20 EMAILS TO GET ANY SORT OF ANSWER AFTER PAYING SUBSCRIPTION, I AM DISGUSTED AND FURIOUS . NO CALL FROM CUSTOMER TO SERVICE TO RESOLVE , IS THERE ONLY ONE PERSON HANDLING REQUEST AND COMPLAINTS ??? I AM CONTACTING MY BANK AND REJECTING THEM.FROM MY ACCOUNT , FURIOUS WITH THERE NON SERVICE !! GO ELSEWHERE

I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN , I HAVE PAID FOR RETURN POSTAGE TWICE AND THEY DEDUCTED POSTAGE OFF ME TWICE AGAIN AFTER MY FIRST COMPLAINT !! The clothing is unacceptable for the price and shipping and VAT ON TOP !!! Charged. Totally ripoff company !!! Still not received my postage I paid twice
