Talk talk are rubbish!!
It was very difficult to get through to a customer service team. When I did get through they were not helpful at all and they kept ending the phone calls, each person I spoke to said they didn't know how to fix the problem and then would end the call. This service is despicable and I would not recommend talk talk to anyone! The only reason I rang them to help me is because I kept getting Nonsense phone calls from 02035041607 and 01312182130. They kept ringing my shop stopping valued customers from making orders and no one from talk talk would help us block them or get them to stop. It was hard enough to even find a customer service team and when I did they were useless!
