Nikki Cullen has been an exceptional Senior Property Manager throughout our tenancy with Hamptons in Tunbridge Wells.
She is consistently prompt in responding to emails, quick to raise queries on our behalf, and incredibly accommodating whenever issues arise.

Any communication that needs to go to the landlord is handled smoothly and without fuss, which makes the whole process feel effortless.
Nikki embodies exactly what you would hope for in a senior property manager — reliable, proactive, and genuinely committed to ensuring tenants are well looked after.

Robert’s Dorset pork crackling is on another level. The quality of their products is simply outstanding — you can taste the difference straight away compared to anything mass-produced or overly processed. Honestly, they’re so good that I end up buying more than I should and can’t stop myself from overindulging. St Marcus Biltong deserves every one of its five stars – their droewors is simply outstanding: rich in flavour, perfectly spiced, and so moreish that it’s impossible to stop at just one piece. I'm a tubby bugger and can quite easily smash 4-5 sticks in one go.

What sets St Marcus apart is the authenticity and craftsmanship behind their products. The droewors in particular strikes that rare balance: robust enough to satisfy a craving for something hearty, yet delicately seasoned so the natural quality of the meat shines through. Each bite carries the unmistakable coriander warmth that defines traditional South African dried sausage, but without being overpowering. It’s the kind of flavour that lingers pleasantly, urging you back for another piece. And another, and another. Seriously, I've heard what crack is like, and this is just as addictive.

Beyond taste, there’s a sense of heritage in what they do. St Marcus has been perfecting their recipes for decades, and it shows. The droewors is consistently excellent – not too dry, not too oily, but with just the right snap when you bite into it. That level of consistency is rare, and it’s what makes them a cut above many others in the market.

The quality of the meat itself is also worth praising. You can tell it’s carefully sourced and handled with respect. There’s no gristle or unnecessary fat, just lean, flavourful beef that’s been dried to perfection. It’s a snack that feels indulgent yet wholesome, high in protein and deeply satisfying. As part of a keto diet, these really help with avoiding sweets and carbs, and i can still get my intake of bloody good protein.

Service and presentation add to the experience. Orders arrive promptly, well packaged, and with the reassuring sense that this is a company that takes pride in what it delivers. I just ordered over £100 of droewors, before noon, and it arrived the next day by RM, just in time for the weekend! There’s nothing flashy or gimmicky about it – just honest, traditional food made exceptionally well.

In short, St Marcus droewors is the kind of product that earns loyalty. Once you’ve tried it, it’s hard to imagine going anywhere else. It’s not just a snack; it’s a reminder of how good simple, well-made food can be when tradition and quality are respected.

I've been with YouFibre for exactly 1 year and I've been very happy with their service.
There have been occasions when there's been no service, due to 3rd parties cutting through their lines. But communication has been key, and I've always been kept up to date with their service.
The fact that they offer symmetrical upload and download speeds for the amount they charge, it blows the competition like BT and Virgin out the water.
I look forward to another year with YouFibre.

Although there was loss of service for a day and a half (from Friday 13 Dec 2024), Abi S helped me get back online when I raised my concerns with the online chat.
However, the level of service that was provided was exceptional and Abi S should be commended on how they approached the situation and how they resolved it.
In addition to that, Abi S was also able to resolve another matter, where tech support got it wrong, so hats off to them for being so diligent.

I needed to have my Static IP removed, it wasn't required and i was ill advised that i needed it to resolve a MFD Scan to email issue, which was disappointing to hear from YouFibre tech support. That issue was related to 2FA.

Anyhow, 'Victoria A' was my assistant today and they were super quick to answer my query and to get it resolved. Big shout out to 'Victoria A' for their help.

Shane and Aaron installed the fibre today, and they were nothing less than brilliant. Courteous, polite and efficient.
The quality of the work was also excellent, with all mess cleaned away.

With all the installation and testing completed, I now have a solid connection.

Although I won't win a house, car or cash, at least I have a warm fuzzy feeling inside that my hard earned cash is going to some good causes.

Updating my initial review. Unfortunately I was a bit too hasty to blame Interparcel and the fault was with the courier.


Absolute money grabbing chancers. When using their site to give the dimensions of the package (which was a tyre), i gave the dimensions to the centimetre. I also weighed the package to give an accurate as possible description.
A quote was given and accepted. The parcel was collected and delivered. However, Interparcel now want to charge me an additional £11.04

The reason: Due to packaging this shipment had to be manually transported through the depot incurring an additional charge.

The tyre was wrapped in clingfilm and taped, so that the packaging details were not damaged by water or from being thrown about.

So, if you do use this company (i won't be using them again). Be sure to take into consideration that they may come back and try and charge you extra, without any notification. Order xxxx3638

As much as I love the taste and flavours of the PHD products, it's difficult to give them 5 stars. This is mainly due to the lack of availability of products, when I'm using their site.

My most recent experience proved this when I bought 5 bags of keto protein, but was not able to purchase the keto bars.
I was forced to buy their products through other outlets, which is frustrating. Even more so when PHD are offering a discount promotion.

Please sort out the supply chain PHD!

Although I needed to take out the old battery and swap over the connectors, less than 5 mins. You saved me over £150rrp, doing the exact same thing. Top effort.

Amazing service, both with customer interaction and with the supply.
Really happy that I now have a 1Gb internet connection (over 300Mbs up!).

I was unfortunate that my property didn't have a duct from the service point in the street, to my the house, so additional work and costs were required to have fibre installed. But Trooli took the brunt of the costs to get me connected and the level of work, although invasive, left little evidence of work being carried out.
Had it not been for the lack of ducting, the installation would have been even quicker!

My downloads are now only limited to the physical 1Gb port on my PC, which maxes out at circa 948Mbps. It makes data transfers to cloud storage seamless, as if the drive was local to my computer.

Highly recommended and a blessing with working from home. Keep up the good work!

An outstanding mattress.
I've been using a spring pocket mattress for many years (that was bought from a dreamy store), but time had been called and i needed a new one.
I was impressed with the IKEA roll up mattress in the spare room, and decided to invest in an Eve.

Although the Eve comes in the same size package (for a King Size, all rolled up), the mattress feels so much more comfortable and supportive, once it's been opened and allow to expand; i left it for 2 days to adjust, before using it.

I'm happy to recommend to anyone the Eve mattress and was even able to convince a friend of mine to try it, which he says is better than an orthopedic mattress that was used.
It's such great value.
Very happy with my mattress and when i look to update another bedroom, i will be changing that mattress over too.

I'm very impressed with SmartFoneStore. I only knew about it's existence though HotUKdeals, where I located a Nokia 8 in copper. But i'm very happy to know about it now.

I ordered an A+ refurb model, which is practically new, and it arrived the next day. In addition to this, I was also able to order though Quidco, which saved another £4. Very very impressed, and I will be looking to buy another A+ model from them in the future.

My first experience with buying tyres online, and having them delivered to a local tyre fitters.
Normally I've either waited for a Costco or one of the big chains fitter to run a deal before buying tyres, before they wear out.
However I've recently bought another car and wanted winters before the snow set in.

I found that Oponeo were the cheapest suppliers for what I wanted, 315/30r20 Winter contact TS860s. As I've never bought online before, I called them and ended up speaking to Bart, who was extremely helpful and he helped me through the process.
The tyres were delivered to my fitter 3 working days after the sale was processed. And now they are on the new car.

I will to need to buy summer tyres in a few months and will definitely be using Oponeo again for their excellent service and best prices.

I ordered a pair of gloves on Thursday, expecting a delivery to a DPD collection point in the City for Friday before 12pm.
When checking on Friday where my deliver was, with DPD, at 14:30, they explained to me that the package could not be delivered and i would have to wait until Saturday to find out if it was delivered to my home address.

I called up Sportsbikeshop to raise this with them.
Within 10mins they called me back to let me know that the pushbike shop, for the DPD collection, was no longer accepting deliveries/collections. SBS has cancelled the previous order, ordered another pair and had it delivered to my home address, before 12pm on a Saturday and also refunded all delivery costs.

The gloves arrived by DPD before 12pm on the Saturday.

Top effort, very helpful, and excellent phone manner.
I have a list of things that i need to buy, and will continue to purchase from SBS going forwards.
