Quality and quantity
The sweets were delivered on time.
The quality was good. There was no choice to choose for mixed mithai box and I ended up being sent more of Balushahis than other sweets.

Mix up of two orders and no rectification
I had placed two different orders for Thank you cards, with a small difference. One card was thanking guests for attending SANGEET and other was for WEDDING. I was sent same cards for SANGEET. When I raised a complaint, I was told it would be rectified and my WEDDING card will arrive and it never did.
A very bad experience and then even worse experience as was made a fool by customer service chat guy . Never ever again will I order from Snapfish or ever recommend to any friend.
If you can’t be bothered to print according to orders- they why bother run the business.

Unchi dukaan pheeka pakwan..
The product was delivered on time but disappointed with the quantity of the items in the hamper for the value of the hamper. Karwachauth hamper basket had only small box of sweets with just 3 sweets. If I had assembled a hamper myself, it would have been better and more items could have been included for the price.

Too many offers come through at times when you are not looking for any discounts but when you need to buy something, no discounts are available. If the company genuinely wants to offer- just add it automatically to the account.
