I want to read on my own Ebook reader and that is not possible with books from here.

Very happy with services provided.

Upon arrival at Bucharest (around 1 AM) there was a message for me from the driver telling me where to go (very easy in Bucharest you cannot miss)
Driver was very friendly and spoke good english too.
Got me to my hotel in no time at all

Awful delivery service.
Your driver just dumped my package at the main entrance to the the building. He/she rang my bell, i responded and opened the door so he/shecould enter the building, he/he then just dumped the parcel and left. instead of bring it to my apartment which is on the 2nd floor. I cannot walk at the moment due to injury - shame on you!!! I will never use you again.

So obviously Enence dont actually read responses here - they just send out another template saying how sorry they are - see other reviews - i am not the only one receiving this junk.
A decent product doesnt need junk mail to support it!!!

I will just repeat (not that anybody seems to care) that i never signed up for anything, never bought anything, and never will.

In addition, positive reviews here do not seem awfully genuine.

19/4 got mail from imania now saying shipping will be this week (19/4) or next
Today is 1/5 - no sign of my order
In short - dont shop here - order from China instead - its quicker!!

Now getting a second reply (first reply has now been deleted for some reason)
The 1 star is for the continously postponed delivery. I did get a refund (thank you for that) after you (not me) cancelled my order.
You also recommended (in your first reply) that I look to China to buy my battery - this was GREAT advise so I did and got the battery i needed for a third of the cost - so thank you for the advise.

I was referring to your original response here on trustpilot (which is now gone) where you - not me - cancelled the order and recommended me to go shopping on chinese website which is what i did

Monday 8/3 at 02.08 AM mail from Praxis saying order is delayed. No other info other than I will receive new mail later.

Friday 12/3 - no news from Praxis so I mailed servicedesk and enquired about order (all 3 products are still available according to the website.

Helaas is er nog geen pakketnummer bekend dus ik kan geen indicatie doorgeven wanneer het geleverd gaat worden.

Zodra het pakket is gescand ontvang je een email met daarin het pakketnummer.


How can you run a business in this way?? Stupid me did not check reviews assuming Praxis could be relied on. BIG mistake - never again.

just bought a velyon shower set via vakantieveilingen
set came in box with instructions printed on it, unfortunately parts supplied doesnt match description
in addition, the actual parts supplied doesnt fit together, so in other words completely useless

generally, prices endsup being too high but occasionally you can get lucky
i just bought a rainshower (2nd time) and just like the first one, the parts dont match the manual and besides they dont fit together so assembly is impossble.

the Adviesprijs is of course completely crazy so just ignore that.

Most of the time, you are better off just googling around a bit and you will get a better deal, but as mentioned, occasionaly you can get lucky.

will probably use again but dissappointed to once again receive a product which doesnt work

And of course this product is still advertised as if it can be delivered tomorrow.

Have now mailed and cancelled order + requested a refund - will keep you posted here how that goes
