These people are frauds

These people are frauds. I worked on their website, and when it came time to pay me, its owner, Peter, is saying that he did the work using AI. How strange is that? If you had to do the work with AI, then why did you get me to do it? He’s saying that I took 6 months, but he did the same work in 3 days, so he won’t pay me. Go to hell.

Our order did not come next day although it was in stock. It came on the fourth day. The material was wrong. Despite filling contact form several times, there is still no reply for return or change. There is no communication or response from the seller. Still waiting. Not recommended.

I ordered from Allekabels with the expectation of a delivery by Friday, as stated on their website. However, I received no package, no email update, and no tracking information. When I called, I was told to call again on Tuesday for a solution. On Tuesday, the customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful, simply telling me to wait until Thursday. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I recommend avoiding Allekabels and going to Amazon instead

I needed an adapter for my laptop going to Brazil - was easy to find here and very fast delivery

Multiple USB 3.2 cables, advertised as capable of 5 Gb/s speeds under the USB 3.2 Gen 1x1 standard, only have four contacts. However, USB 3.2 Gen 1x1 requires additional contacts beyond the basic four used by USB 2.0 to support SuperSpeed data transfer. These extra contacts are essential for achieving the higher data rates of 5 Gb/s.

A cable with only the standard four USB contacts (two for power and two for USB 2.0 data) cannot support the SuperSpeed data transfer capabilities of USB 3.x, which include additional differential pairs for data. Such a cable would be limited to USB 2.0 speeds (up to 480 Mb/s), not the 5 Gb/s advertised for USB 3.2 Gen 1x1. Marketing it as capable of higher performance is misleading to consumers.

Although the incorrect specifications are provided by their suppliers, I would expect a company focused on cables to verify this information.

Helpdesk staff continue to quote these incorrect specifications from the supplier.
