Not a good gift! Receiver has to deal with a lot of crap.
My teenage son thoughtfully bought me a wine and cheese tasting through this company. It’s next to impossible to book it. They have offered me only 2 date options over the last 5 months and refuse to inform me of where the event takes place. I was offered a spot for a June event and replied to accept it but then got a message that I hadn’t confirmed and would have to wait for the next one. Feels like they are happy to take well-meaning people’s money and then make it nearly impossible to use the gift, which has an expiration date. It’s so frustrating I’m about to give up. But that wouldn’t be fair to my son so I’ll have to keep trying with this infuriating process.
Edited to add: it’s telling when a company won’t allow comments on its social media! Not the sign of lots of happy customers. You should be stopped from ripping off innocent people. My 16 year old spent his own money on his mom and you’re trying to make his gift worthless. Disgusting.
