Rubbish... you submit receipt and you get asked to upload again with all the details when these are already on there!! Takes forever staff don't know what there doing!! Emails take forever horrendous service

I have just completed the SQL module. it was very interesting and informative. I did find that it went fast, but the company did help me where they could to meet my needs. So that's why I'm happy with it

Scammers... Following a negative review they replied here saying sometime will contact you. It's been a week. No response only to save face!! Stay away from them. Cannot contact them no one answers the line

I left a review. And I was told to reply to it within 7 days or otherwise my review would get removed. There's no way of replying to it so not sure how that works!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM...This is a scam. STAY AWAY.... I wanted to withdraw my money the withdrawal process seemed easy but I couldn't see my bank there was something very close to it but I would not be able to put my account details in. You're able to put the nearest account details. But it was not my account. No money was returned. I was given evidence of the withdrawal with someone else's amount details. And wasn't able to do anything about it. They kept on saying the evidence of your withdrawal has been given to you. I lost all my money. I don't know how to access my money now no support was offered

False accounts details provided. Phone number not working.. definitely a scam

Stay away from Gemini trading. They took my money which means I had a verified account.. when it came to withdrawal they said you need to pay another 500 to verify your account and then you can withdraw your 6000usd!! Bloody rubbish.

I bought 2 pairs of shoes on an offer and the sole started splitting on them. But I got in touch with customer services and they have sent me a new pair out. Thank you pure step..

DID NOT USE THEM!! I Transferred £350 using vt's website which is a devotee way of transferring money as I've done this with other companies. But VT declined the payment and have not returned it back to me. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I called Nissan a couple of weeks ago for some help with getting some information and a test drive on one of their cars on motability. Of course, with covid restrictions, this may not be possible, however, a discussion and some future planning would have been beneficial.

I'm still waiting. I called back this week and spoke to a man named John (Nissan Sutton Coldfield) who was quite rude, using an inappropriate tone of voice which was unnecessary. Of course if you do not wish to have customers enquire after your vehicles, then I am happy to go elsewhere. However, I have assumed that you were in the business of matching customers to appropriate vehicles?

To resolve the situation, a phonecall from someone who has customer service experience would be greatly appreciated.

I called Eaton Home Improvements to come and look at my windows. I had someone over the next day. A really nice guy, honest and polite. He listened to what I needed and gave me some options. He left me to think and said he'll come back to me tomorrow once I have had a good think about the price and the options I looked at. To his word he called and came to see me as promised. So I didn't bother wasting time getting anyone else to come in. He told me the product is one of the best profiles available and having done some research he was right. Yes, it was a little dearer than I thought but you pay for what you get. I'm really happy with the product and service. I highly recommend anyone to try them after everyone else like for like you won't find better for a product, service, and price.

Following my last review. I was told the principal would contact me to resolve me issue/concern. It's been over a week and I still haven't spoken to him.. He called me twice, both at inconvenient times. That is not how you operate a prestige business! You message/email to arrange a convenient time for both parties not just keep trying when you remember and hope it'll all be ok! This has confirmed my fear of going there for my service. Once you get the business you couldn't really careless about after service or sales. Merc are going to have to really do something special for me to reconsider!

I was going to go there for a car on motability, but with this kind of shoddy service I best stay away. I'm not sure how the principal got the job but I'm sure I could help. I'm unemployed at the moment and have been in sales. I'm sure I could have handled this much better!!!

Called LSH LAST WEEK for a party for my smart car was told there call me back. I could've died from covid and been buried but no one bothered pulling their finger out.. you obviously have too much money if you can't be bothered.. useless waste is a call!! WASTE OF TIME.. !!
