This was purchased as a present for our three year old grandson. My son sent me the link to order. We ordered the player bundle including Paw Patrol and other members of the family gave him other stories. Ordering was straightforward and, as it wasn't needed urgently, I went for the lowest cost delivery. However, the package arrived the next day and was expertly wrapped to prevent any damage.
My grandson quickly picked up how to work the device and was enraptured listening to the stories. My son rang a few days later to say bedtime has become much easier as his son is happy to lie in bed listening to stories and fall asleep without any upset. A success for parents and child alike !!

Paid for standard delivery but the parcel arrived the next day! Well packed keeping the items in good order. We have been ordering the IT's Your Move booklets produced by Scripture Union for many years now to give to a local school Year 6. An excellent resource for children transitioning to secondary school. This year we are adding a gospel tract by Kevin de Young which fits neatly inside the booklet

Very easy although still haven’t managed to get my parcel in a box yet but as they are outside a shop that takes returns, it wasn’t a wasted trip

Easy to book this lovely renovated bungalow close to all the Suffolk coast has to offer. Good instructions and communication from the company. Quiet location with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable accommodation. Local contact on hand in the village to help with a broadband issue and quick response from the owner concerning the key safe. Would definitely stay again and recommend

Easy to order and clear descriptions on the website with measurements to help you choose the correct product. A problem with the text for the engraving on the order form was quickly sorted with a telephone call to a very helpful staff member who gave clear instructions on how to resolve the matter. Order arrived promptly and within plenty of time for the charity match at the end of April. It was well wrapped to avoid damage and looks good. It is a good weight so it doesn’t feel cheap and I will be proud to hand this over to the winning team on the day. I would thoroughly recommend this site

SCAM as with other reviewers link to order and website doesn’t work and email suggests you go to website for contact information. Website doesn’t exist. Received a pair of rubber gloves this morning which I thought was strange and they’re not even the right size! More disappointed as the bed was exactly what I wanted for small space. Paid on my credit card so hopefully a refund is in the offing

When you are trawling through the website it is easy to put in filters which saves time so you are only looking at what will suit your needs. The information is very comprehensive and it is easy to see your options and the cost. Easy to book too

Didn’t ring the doorbell even though two of us were in. Didn’t know it was there until I saw the email with the picture. At least delivered to the right address.

I would recommend Sykes for their communication and follow up. The information they gave was accurate in regard to the details of the accommodation and it's location. We were given all the necessary details via them from the owners to ensure our holiday went smoothly.
The cottage had lots of space and was adequate for 8 adults and 2 children, the size of our party. It was useful to have an upstairs toilet as well as the facilities downstairs but we sometimes struggled with only two showers in the morning when everyone was getting up. The cottage itself had good facilities with several areas to sit or eat and space for board games. There was plenty of parking for our four cars. The kitchen was well equipped although the large square plates were a struggle to fit into the small dishwasher.
Cons - both bathrooms need attention or just a good clean. The shower room in particular constantly had a wet floor and a clear damp patch in the corner which may indicate a more serious leaking issue. Windows at the side of the house and ledges in the conservatory needed a good clean too

Delivery was on time but delivered to the wrong address (next door)!! Fortunately I recognised it from the photo they sent. Wondered why no one had rung the bell as I was in all morning

Ordering and delivery all went very smoothly. Unfortunately despite the packing both items were damaged on one corner. When placed side by side with the damage in the middle it doesn’t show so I won’t be sending them back but if it had been one of the front corners it would have been very noticeable. I have noticed you have to look carefully at items in store as they are often damaged which is a shame. The quality of the materials is quite poor but the overall effect looks good

They seem to have adapted well to the current restrictions although the initial video call had a few technical hitches reverting to the old-fashioned phone call worked much better. I knew exactly what I wanted so that helped. The initial price was very high but miraculously with some well-appointed discounts this came down dramatically to nearer the price I expected. An appointment was quickly made for a surveyor to measure etc and he was equipped with appropriate PPE. Polite and intent on making sure all the details were correct. Now I wait for the fitting in due course
