Contacted the seller with a couple of questions before buying. The phone was answered quickly and helpfully. Purchased the MR1200 3.5T lift, and it's a great bit of kit. The delivery driver was also great, he called to ask if it was ok to deliver late in the evening, and arrived when he said, spending a bit of time making sure it was left where I wanted it. After some fun and games getting it out of the packing crate (this thing is heavy in a good way) it becomes surprisingly easy to move on the supplied wheel kit. I've not tried it at max weight, but so far it's lifted a MX5 and an almost 2 tonne Audi, both with equal ease. It's just low enough to get the rubber blocks under the MX5 jacking points so no need to make ramps, etc. I was happy to see it came fitted with a normal 13A plug so no need for a new 16A supply which will save me some money. The fuse in the plug did blow after about 5 seconds of lifting with an empty ramp, but I replaced that and it's been fine since then. All in all a very useful piece of kit and has already made keeping my old cars on the road much easier.
