I ordered a day 2 and day 8 covid test - at the time they promised next day dispatch on the website. Day 2 came and went - no test was delivered. By day 8 the tests had still not been delivered - therefore they were of no use at all. I tried calling their contact number several times - I got a "no one is available at this extension" message. I sent several mails - no reply.

The saddle I bought (Bontrager Aeolus Comp) is fantastic. It's a short saddle. Looks good. Saddles are personal choice of course but for around 40eu it's great quality and locks you into position much more than others.

One major remark: with the original insoles I wasn’t comfortable and my feet got hot. Not a problem I usually have, don’t have sweaty feet! BUT once I changed the insoles for a quality aftermarket pair - similar to scholl insoles but not that brand - everything changed. Now I can walk for hours in them and my feet stay cool.
I could definitely buy another pair but maybe Arkk should keep an eye on their insoles. Or maybe it’s just me
