Due to have a parcel on a Friday, never came, no update at all until the Monday when it was "out for delivery" claimed they tried to deliver it but ring doorbell showed no one.
Out for delivery again on the Tuesday, 2 hour window given, it came and went. Several hours later in went out and found a box on the door step, was not suppose to be left without some one receiving it. Terrible

Delivery was quick.
Product is OK, but metal is very thin, had expected it to be more substantial as I'd gone for the heavier duty version.
