Returns process a nightmare
Returns process a nightmare. Multiple emails with cut and paste responses. Repeated attempts that were rejected. Postage costs outweighed any benefit. Ended up keeping a duplicated order, so a very costly exercise both time and dollar wise.

Poor quality rucksacks - stitching fails
Poor quality. Yes, reflective and a good concept, but now had two school rucksacks fall apart - shoulder straps separated from the main bag, stitching failed both times. Glossy marketing but a v limited warranty and company disinterested in helping after that. Never had other rucksacks fail this way (my view after 10 years Army, 35 years hill walking, etc). Can provide photos as required. Won't buy again.

Reflect360 Plus Jacket, Reflect 360 Vest and 30L Running Backpack
I have purchased a Reflect360 Plus Cycling Jacket and a Reflect 360 Vest. Both have amazing visibility and the fit is good. Neither garment is breathable but I can put up with that.
I also purchased a Reflect 360 30 litre running pack which did not meet my expectations. The chest strap was too short and kept popping off. The backpack was also uncomfortable. Proviz was quite happy to refund the item upon the return of the item to their UK address. I live in Australia and it would cost more than I paid to return so I will probably give it away. Disappointed but very happy with the visibility of the jacket and vest.

Now owning a jacket I can't wear.

"Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry the outcome wasn't what you were hoping for. We worked through this with you thoroughly on the day, reviewing multiple images of the jacket including the taped seams and stitching across panels, and were unable to identify any fault with the waterproofing. Given the report followed a 40-minute cycling commute in rain, we raised condensation as a likely explanation rather than water penetration from outside.
We understand this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, and we're sorry we couldn't reach a resolution that worked for both sides. We always aim to be thorough and fair in our investigations, and we stand by the process followed here."
As this issue has already been fully investigated and addressed, we don't have anything further to add. We'd encourage any future correspondence to go through a single support channel so we can continue to help efficiently.
