Mortgage Key were able to secure us a fixed rate interest remortgage at a rate significantly lower than our existing lender was offering, and bizarrely this new mortgage was from our existing mortgage lender, though not directly available to us, only through brokers such as MortgageKey.

Between chosing my new glasses and picking them up the following week my father had a bad fall face first onto the concrete floor at his home and was admitted to hospital with facial injuries. He also gets his glasses from specsavers, which were twisted, bent and one of the lenses had come out when he fell. I took damaged spectacles to SpecSavers, thinking he would need a new fame at least, but to my surprise Nicola said she would try her best to reshape them and put the lens back in, so I could take them back to my father who was still in hospital.
I went back 40 minutes later and Nicola had infact reshaped and repaired them. I was amazed she had managed to do so.
There was no charge as my father had purchased them from Specsavers.
