From the online consultation I felt very much in safe hands and reassured by the knowledge everyone had about the procedure, no questions were left unanswered. I would recommend Signature Clinic to anyone looking for a procedure. My results are better than I expected and my experience with the surgeon, nurses, receptionist, and after-care team has been nothing but excellent. If you are looking to improve something about yourself or there is something you don’t feel happy with, I would speak to Signature Clinic. I spoke to 6 clinics prior to booking with Signature and can honestly say I am happy with my decision to proceed with them, they are by far the most knowledgeable, the surgeon was amazing, and the aftercare was excellent. Thankyou Signature Clinic for making me happy beyond my expectations!

Im a 45 year old female who is fairly active and eats well however I’ve always carried weight on my stomach even in my 20’s, my waist did not match the rest of my body and I think it gets worse with age. I didn’t want to loose any weight and have been the same weight for around 5 years but I could not shift my stomach no matter how much exercise I did. I am day 4 after vaser lipo on stomach, flanks and lower back. I was very nervous the day before however once I entered the clinic the reception staff were extremely friendly and reassuring and I felt at ease. I was taken to the preparation by a lovely receptionist who prepared me for the procedure and then met the surgeon Dr Carlos Debbas. He explained the procedure and asked me which areas I disliked the most and my expectations. I replied the bulge on my stomach and said I wanted to appear to have a waist (I was quite a square shape), I then asked him if he could suggest how I achieved the best result and he drew on the areas which he felt would sculpt me, (I immediately felt very confident he knew what he was doing). I would say the worst part of the procedure was the pinching from the local anaesthetic (however I’ve had worst pain from exercising). The nurses and the doctor were very chatty and I remained very calm and felt reassured throughout. The doctor explained each stage as he performed it and this was a big help. Once the procedure had finished (took around 2 hours), I was shocked at how painless and quick everything was. The nurses where lovely and cleaned me up afterwards and got me into my pads and compression garment and explained the aftercare and I was then free to leave. I had a lot of leakage that day and felt a little uncomfortable however I think the excitement of undergoing the procedure without any issues overshadowed this. Day 2 I went for a light walk and again had a little discomfort but nothing that paracetamol didn’t cure, the aftercare also called me to check everything was okay and answer any questions, )another lovely girl from Glasgow). Day 3 was the worst and this wasn’t due to any pain it was the fear of knowing I was due to have my shower and remove my garments and pads. The girl I spoke to from the aftercare team advised it was best to lie down when doing this and if the leakage had stopped and the incisions looked fine there was no need to use anymore pads. I literally felt sick as my husband helped me remove the compression garment from the fear of what i would look like. I asked my husband first to look and he said I looked tiny and just had a lot of marks from where the pads and compression garments had been. My skin on my lower stomach felt a little soft which freaked me out but as soon as I stood up and looked in the mirror I was in absolute shock and over the moon with the results. I know I will swell over the next few weeks and have booked some lymphatic drainage massages to help with this and immediately after shower put back on my compression garment, however if the results after 48 look like they did in a few months then I am more than overjoyed and have to say Dr Carlos Debbas is an artist. It’s too early too see if I have any marks from loose skin as I believe it can take 2 weeks plus to snap back however if there is it will be minimal and I’ll still be happy with my results. I really cannot thank and recommend signature clinic enough and have recommended them already to a couple of friends. If you are considering this procedure then I would honestly contact them, I have not had a procedure like this and would never have gone through with it without doing my homework. I am not a vain person and I don’t intend on wearing belly tops any time soon as my age lol 😂 but this has already boosted my confidence literally for myself for something that has bothered me for over 20 years and my only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.
