Luckily the table when it arrived is lovely, but the communication at Loaf is shockingly bad... Perhaps read a few other reviews so that you're well informed before ordering. Loaf could do with taking customer service lessons from Pooky Lighting who were exemplary recently in comparison...

Renewed a subscription without any prior warning. Upon emailing them they said "we have now cancelled it - in March 2025". Shady and not a great way of working. Will not recommend this to anyone

Really good
Really good. My first chairs arrived bashed about in transit and with the seat missing. I emailed Maison du Monde (remember this is a French Company so you won't hear back over a weekend), and they came back and promptly sent an entirely new chair.
