Absolutely first class experience. Moving house can be rather stressful, even more so when you are moving back home from abroad. However when it's to a more remote place where the lights can go out on modern technology yet they are so professional they keep going to make the entry date happen. I have nothing but praise and especially for Chloe Shaw who handled most of my care. She is nothing short of an angel , who researches everything with due diligence and has the patience of a saint. I honestly can't rate her highly enough. Thank you Chloe.

DHL in Bulgaria refused to accept my parcel with your printed out label on it. Told me I was missing papework that had one barcode on it.
Even after phoning your helpline and your people saying all you need is the label. When DHL came back for it....he was still saying I needed paperwork with one bar code on it as well as the label. I explained we had phoned and all youget is the label and an invoice ....he took it under protest. Pretty poor and needless stress for me. Two visits to my home and DHL not aware of your paperwork or procedures.

Love this account. Even better now they have the direct debit option.Can do everything from one account in any currency. You guys rock! Keep upthe good work.
