Absolutely poor performance! Extremely deceptive 'insurance'. Thought I was purchasing insurance for cancellation but no....just paid a lot of money and cannot get it back. Feel like I have been deceived. Have lost money with them previously and will never book with them again once I have spent my money with them. They allow for no comeback....

They found the most important aspect of what I required and also were able to honestly advise when they couldn't better a current deal

Good choice of accommodation but do not price match or respond to queries. Unable to contact and non responsive.... seriously looking at options for accommodation bookings and would never book in advance again. Play off between booking.com and Airbnb. Need to widen my search!

I have a faulty item. The local store substituted it for a lesser item to get me out of a situation where I had to change camp grounds due to the companies inability to supply the correct product/equipment. They then closed the case as said I had a new piece of equipment. No, it was a temporary replacement. Then they closed the case as they had sent the correct equipment but to a store interstate!!!!! They are stupid and useless!!!!

Thought I had purchased 2 cup sizes too small. Emailed the company with no reply. The items were sent that day.... they fit perfectly! My boobs won't be bouncing at all!

I requested refunds in May this year. Sky-tours said they applied for them 18th May. They keep putting me off giving me my refund. They offered a voucher valid for 12 months but living in Victoria, Australia, I am unable to fly out of the state and international flights will not be operating until July of 2021 minimum, at this stage! I have contacted Alitalia airline and they have said that the refunds have been processed. Now, Sky-tours are refusing to give me my Alitalia refund until the Egyptair refund is available, this maybe another year away! Sky-tours have my refund and refusing to give it to me......

I have booked flights with you that will not be operating. I have contacted your company several times without any response!
The airlines I have booked with allow for refunds. I am in Australia and cannot leave the country for the next 6 months. Please respond....

Well organised -especially for India! Great tour leader that kept us well informed and involved everyone. Some places we are at were very much for tourists and very bland. Sights and smells were brilliant...........🇮🇳🍻🍚
