The changeover from our previous health insurance provider to the new provider was seamless. Compare club staff cancelled our old insurance and established our policy with our new provider.

Customer service outstanding. My consultant Baptiste Decraene was very patient as I was waiting for the loyalty discount from my supplier which was due in August. As soon as I contactrf him that I was ready to proceed he revised the plan he had original suggested and found a better one for me. He spend the time explaining the suggested plan and answered any questions I had. Baptiste made the change over very easy. He is a great asset to your Customer service team.

I spoke to Hussain on my Wednesday the 3rd of September appointment. He was a great help we got power & gas accounts sorted. And was offered other plans.

I usually avoid comparison sites but from the moment the consultant said hello I felt engaged and supported. I had a great a great phone consultation regarding private health insurance plans and was given excellent information and guidance. My fund had just gone up in price but they were also reducing some benefits so I had been planning to research alternatives.
