Youi handled my claim very well. No problems. The smash repair place they recommended repaired my car very quickly. The staff at the smash repairers were very polite and friendly and efficient. Special thank you to the receptionist at the repairers, she was so polite and helpful which is rare these days and she was busy.

The agent I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable, and quickly resolved our issue. It was refreshing to speak with someone based in Australia — clear communication makes all the difference. Overseas call centres can be challenging when language barriers get in the way, so I really appreciated the local support.

I was treated like a person with kindness,straight up honesty and understanding. Everything i asked was explained so i could understand it completely.

After receiving increased Home & Contents insurance premium renewals, I did the boring task of seeking better deals. Most done online.

When I checked through Youi, their process informs you they will ring you soon. Got to admit, annoying lol. That said, Will (Youi consultant) was excellent. He was able to beat the current renewal policy on offer from a competitor, saving me $70 a month.

Will was excellent. Also attempted to get me a better offer on Comprehensive Car insurance but unfortunately Youi quote was way more expensive. Still, Will was super helpful and made the process of speaking to someone directly on the phone (Arghhhh 😮‍💨) very easy and friendly. Well Done Will. Job well done. Legend

They were helpful in cancelling my insurance policies with them Ive been with them for several years
However the reason I cancelled was because of their tv advertising which was ridiculous and not appealing in any way.We as consumers and wanting good insurance are not swayed by this idiotic advertising Hope Youi will take this on board and learn from NRMA.
