Cheap for a reason—stay far away if you actually want your car fixed!
My parked car was hit by a drunk driver, making me 100% the innocent party. Bingle towed my car away on 01/06/2026, and now their restricted repair yard is telling me it won't be ready until mid-September because parts are on backorder overseas, plus another two weeks for labor. That is three and a half months without my car! When I finally managed to speak to a staff member to complain, she just kept repeating the exact same robotic script over and over again, blaming "parts waiting times" instead of taking any accountability.
This isn't a one-off issue with global supply chains this is just how Bingle operates. Last time, my dad had to fix his Toyota RAV4 through Bingle, and they dragged that process out for two agonizing months as well.
