I booked my flights, accommodation and transfers through them, amazing price for me and my 2 kids. The hotel was absolutely fantastic and the ease of having transfers to and from the airport to the hotel helped.
The man I spoke to also information me about the visas , he was polite, friendly, helpful and I have never had such amazing customer service. Now I have again booked our next holiday through Luxury Escapes and so has my parents. If you wamt great service and prices these guys are the best !! 🌟😁

If you cannot honor the accomodation that we have paid for, have the address of and a confirmation receipt for then tell us. Do not offload us to substandard putrid accomodation where we are faced with 600 euro Dr and med fees after being eaten alive by Bed Bugs

Although there were issues when trying to to contact using phone number and WhatsApp after email first with my urgent situation, I eventually found the online chat. Although have to wait for a while, I finally got in touch with Amber, who was really helpful and went out the way to make adjustments and confirm with hotel direct until the issue is resolved. Thanks.

During a very enjoyable holiday at the Haven Khao Lak, I suffered a serious injury that required hospitalization and at such had to change our whole schedule. Safwath A and Liza R worked very hard to rearrange my flights and accommodation. Everything went perfect and as such really appreciate the effort they put in to ensure I arrived home safe and sound. This is not the first Luxury Escapes holiday I have had, and fully recommend them.

I would like to acknowledge Vicki W from Luxury Escapes travel agency’s Cruise Team for the outstanding service that she has provided to me over the past two weeks. Due to unfortunate circumstances, I was required to cancel a cruise booking which was due to sail in ten days and was well outside Carnival Cruises refund policy timeframes. I contacted Vicki to cancel the cruise booking and based on compassionate grounds, Vicki submitted a request for a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) to Carnival as the cruise had been paid for in full. From the time that Vicki submitted the request on my behalf to receiving advice from Carnival on the outcome of their review process, Vicki always kept me updated on any developments and information that Carnival required to progress my request, in a very timely manner. Due to the efforts of Vicki, I was successful in receiving a FCC towards another Carnival cruise, which had a redemption period of 12 months. Vick’s experience and knowledge of the cruise industry is second to none, and her communication with me throughout the last two weeks was always very professional, polite and timely. I cannot recommend Vicki any more highly and I thank her very much for the outstanding service provided and the very successful outcome of my request.
