Honestly, if there was such a thing as a “scam” water park, then Zoomarine is it.

You will spend an eternity between the blame game of Zoomarine & it’s so called “partners”.

They don’t communicate and expect their guests to pick up the pieces with lack of information.

Booked dolphin experience online for my two daughters. Initial booking was cancelled and rebooked with an agent for 10am on the 20/08/26. Soon as I arrived I’m told it’s not 5pm. So 8 hour wait for the €500 dolphin experience.

Told them that doesn’t work. They referred me back to their Partner who refers me back to Zoomarine.

Basically grab your money and run. If you’re on holiday and want a stress free holiday then avoid Zoomarine like the plague. Aquashow in Almancil doesn’t rob you.

What went wrong?

1st booking was made and cancelled due to an “error” in their system.

Then spoke with an Agent to rebook and was told 10AM 20/08/2026 - arrived to be told it’s 5pm. Offered a 25% experiences voucher. Requested a full refund as doesn’t work. Currently waiting for their AI Agent to think of the next excuse.

Please save yourself the huge stress and hassle and avoid using Headout. Even getting their legal representation contact details is nigh on impossible.

Avoid! Thank me later.

Took the hassle out of planning a trip away for myself and my Grandmother! Claire @ Travel Counsellors was simply perfect, I cant recommend her highly enough. Next time I go away, I'll be contacting Claire. Was readily available at every stage of the trip with updates and any necessary changes that I needed to make.

As expected. Easy to work with the LTC to understand my requirements, quote, order and deliver. Communication from the office is always on par, and as expected. If you have bespoke Wood requirements, then LTC is a great place to go.

Shameful company. Lazy, incompetent driver was running late. Delivery due at 6pm. Ended up delivering at 8pm however delivered to a property over 20 minutes away from my actual address.

Called customer services to be told I can’t raise an investigation as the receiver. Instead the sender has to do it.

The message is simple with DPD, we don’t care.

Customer Service Staff are useless and very unwilling to provide possible common sense based resolutions.

Going to order a lot more items through DPD so I can be a total pain in the backside to your driver and actually “investigate” this myself.

Evri: Sorry our driver Jamie missed you today since no one answered.

Jamie was tasked with making a delivery to a well known Retail Store. Said Retail Store is open from 9am until 8pm.

For some reason Jamie was unable to find the open doors, walk through them and make delivery.

The perfect example of how EVRI truly are a shambolic, woeful, inefficient company.

The thought of having any deliveries with EVRI, fills me with the strong sense that my deliveries will never arrive. That is the reputation they have as a courier.

Never again. Value your sanity… use Parcelforce, DHL, or UPS. They are real logistic companies.
