Emma was fantastic from the very beginning when we booked this amazing holiday to Mexico.
She was on hand all the way, and took care of everything which allowed us to totally relax and enjoy the holiday. Would highly recommend to anybody wanting to book a vacation!!!

Mairi Burrow, our Travel Counsellor, listened carefully to all our requirements and found us the perfect hotel! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made.the whole.booking experience easy.
The hotel was amazing and we will definitely return.
Our airline was changed on our outgoing flight which was no big deal. We were informed about the change and Mairi supported us with a claim.to recoup the money we'd paid to book our seats.
Will always use Travel Counsellors and would recommend Mairi Burrow to others.

Our Travel Consultant Vanda, makes everything so seamless and stress free, from the booking right upto when we go on holiday. She's even on the end of the phone if we need her while we're away.
We wouldnt book with anyone else or anywhere else ever again while Vanda is a Travel Consultant. I'd recommend Vanda 100%.

Katie is brilliant. She is so helpful. We let her know where we want to go and when, and she will provide options and recommendations. If we want a quick break, Katie will come back with suggestions etc. When we have had the odd issue on holiday, she takes ownership and deals with it quickly.

Wow Andy has been amazing in arranging a few big special holidays for us over recent years! Nothing is ever too much trouble, he’s so quick at responding to any queries and really wants to ensure you have the best holiday! It’s so reassuring to know he has everything organised and in hand and he knows so much about all the places we have been to many with first hand experience. Everything was planned to perfection, from the location and flight times right down to the car arrangements. We really don't think we could have put together such a great trip on our own. The boat journey was definitely a highlight and something we'll remember for a long time.

Wonderful advice and booking from Natalie. We were struggling knowing where to go with 2 teenagers that wanted different holidays, one relax by a pool and one wanted to go out and see some historic sights. Natalie recommended Malta witch ticked all the boxes and recommended a fabulous hotel, which suited us down to a tea. Thank you

Just back from a Fabulous holiday to Fuerteventura booked by our Travel
Counsellor Nick Webster. Everything went as he planned, flights, private transfer and hotel all absolutely spot on.
We are a family group of three generations, I have mobility issues and we had two children in our group. Nick arranged assisted travel, and transfer with easy access onto it as I struggle with steps. We always use TC to arrange our holidays, the personal care we receive and knowing there is always someone at the other end there to help should you need it. Even when they are on their own holiday they still make sure you have contact for other counsellors, by far the best agency we’ve ever used! Looking forward to booking our next trip with Nick.

Richard was available on a weekend when we had an issue with our transport and were struggling to get hold of the local supplier which was very helpful and reassuring.

Just returned home after 2 weeks in Italy. Absolutely fantastic trip thanks to Pete Whitehead and Travel Counsellors. It was our first trip to Italy and it was my wife's 50th so I wanted it to be extra special, I discussed locations of Florence, Venice and Lake Como with Pete and he did the rest. He provided various options of hotel / B&B in each location and arranged all the flights and train travel. It was seamless and an experience we will never forget. Pete was recommended to myself by a friend who has used him a number of times and i wasnt disappointed. I definitely recommend this company and will be using again. Thankyou
