Went to Chery dealership Southport yesterday with a view to looking at a Tiggo 9 ( with a view to purchase).
Went into showroom and there was a least 4 members of staff, 2 sat at a desk and 2 stood , other staff in a nearby office.
When there was a gap in their conversation we asked if someone could unlock the Tiggo 9 outside the showroom, we were told,”Yes someone will be with you in a minute” , so we went outside to have another look at the car.
After approx 10 minutes we went back in the showroom only to find the staff still all deep in conversation, at this point another customer was also trying to get attention.
We waited for a few more minutes, totally ignored and then left.
I have no intention of forcing my custom on a company that won’t even show me a car that I “was” extremely interested in!,

Great to earn money on things I intend to purchase anyway.

I have leased a car for almost 2 years and up to now the service was very good, however having received an email on 13/3/20 reminding me about the forthcoming end of my lease period and my plans re a new vehicle.
I emailed back about asking the procedure at the end of the lease.
I was told in the email reply it would be wise to order sooner rather than later so on 2/5/20 I emailed some of my requirements for my potential new vehicle.
I received an reply on 5/5/20 stating one of the team would be in touch to follow this up. As yet I have heard nothing.
I am very disappointed and emailed again last night stating no one has been in touch.
I searched several other lease car companies last night with my requirements and by 9.30 this morning 3 of them had emailed with quotes and 2 had telephoned. One company will even waive the admin charge as I am a key worker.
I am surprised at the lack of follow up as the initial service was so good.

Ordered a microwave plate at 7pm , it arrived the following day, fantastic service , would definitely recommend!
