Excellent service from ordering which I chose to do over the phone to delivery 24 hrs later. Also quick response to email enquiries. Unfortunately roughly handled in transit, packaging damaged. Contents undamaged thankfully.

Telephone line was poor quality, often find this with businesses, probably down to use of headsets. Staff very helpful. Prefer a person to online booking.

Our suitcase received damage to the body of the case and rubber surround, both looked as if been in contact with something very hot. It did however arrive at our destination in good time and arrived home without further damage.

The team members were very helpful and efficient although bad telephone line made hearing them difficult, I'm presuming head sets are worn. Often find poor sound quality when speaking to larger businesses.

My call was soon answered and my booking dealt with by a friendly and efficient team member.
