I had to choose one star to write the review. In fact I wouldn’t have given them any. Bought a dog snow globe decoration at Christmas 2024. Very misleading description - said made from acrylic, didn’t state it wasn’t a globe and would have expected it was for the price charged. A poor bit of plastic hanging on a ribbon arrived. I complained. They failed to respond. I complained again and they suggested the first response went to my spam. Which it did not. They stated they hadn’t received any complaints other than mine despite selling hundreds of them over Christmas. After my purchase I had read negative reviews on the website, too late for me which they now deny. If they’ve sold hundreds then they should be proud of how they have inaccurately lured people into purchasing. The e mail which eventually arrived at the end of January 2025 was matter of fact with an insincere “we are sorry you are unhappy with your purchase”. It speaks volumes that they have never responded to negative reviews on here. I would not purchase from them again and recommend they look into their advertising and get some professional training re customer service.

I am writing this on behalf of Mayflower Animal Sanctuary Bawtry. Castle Creativity recently created an website for the boarding side of our rescue. Luke and his team were very patient and gave their time freely to listen to our requirements and to understand what we wanted to achieve. As a result they have created a website for us which meets our needs and is customer focussed and friendly. We can not thank them enough.

I wished I had read the reviews! Absolute disappointment with the product I purchased. The description said a "Snow Globe Decoration". It was definitely NOT a snow globe - a flat piece of acrylic, very expensive for what it is and not worth the money. New for this season snow globe decoration very misleading.

Got onto a very busy site relatively easily. Site crashed when I got to purchase first set of tickets. Managed to get some again..only criticism was you couldn’t then get the amount you wanted only either 1 or 3. However purchased the 3 with no problem. Took 30 mins which was amazing considering the number of people wanting tickets. Very happy with the experience. Thankyou.

Purchase of Bar Stools. These are sturdy and well made - the ordering was easy and followed up by a call about delivery. Delivery was within a few days, kept informed along the way. Drivers rang with a time they would drop off. Carefully handled and polite. Stools look lovely in our new kitchen. Overall a positive experience.

We had a brilliant stay. The cottage was ideal for our needs and the garden totally secure for our dog. The welcome pack was extensive and the hospitality of the owner second to none. We bought a new bed. From initial contact to delivery staff were knowledgeable , accommodating and friendly. Good advice in store means we now have a fit for purpose comfortable sleeping experience. They went the extra mile in order for us to get it right. Delivery drivers communicated amazingly well keeping us updated on delivery time. They were helpful when they reached our home. I can’t fault the whole service.
