Good communication and help from staff over phone. Issue resolved same day on a weekend (Saturday).
Would give 5 stars but found it difficult to get a trolley to off load boxes, therefore took more time than I needed. Was unable to go to other floors as I did not have access rights ( which is good) too look for trolley.

Review of Walley
I see i am not the only one to complain about no invoice or invoice reminder. Instead being curious I followed a link from the supplier logged onto Walley web site with Bank ID and voila! there is it invoice and extra 60kr for what? Anway very disappointed, the best service is Klarna by far. I am not one to want to miss a payment or have issues with collection agency or whatever, Walley does not help. My email was correct but I had no invoice nor a reminder, plus I checked spam.

Original invoices are usually emailed to the registered email address. If you have not received your invoice, it is important to contact us. Otherwise, as you mentioned, you can always find your invoice in the Walley app or on My pages at walley.se.
