I ordered a product and the pump action was faulty
I e mailed and received an immediate return e mail stating that a new product would be send . This arrived as soon as possibly could.

This company deserves minus stars but I have to give one for the review . I wish I had looked at the reviews before . Fraudulent company under the guise of high end fashion . Goods takes around three weeks to arrive from china . Appalling quality , would even buy for a fiver from the market. Flimsy threads hanging no labels on items or any return address or labels .the only thing that looked of good quality is the plastic bag it comes in with the false company name of Oliver Harrison London on it . Even the postage bag fell apart . I have now to start the laborious task of trying to get some reimbursement but I do not know how likely this will be with no return labels and as others have said you have to pay a large fee to send back to china
I really can’t emphasise how low quality the clothes are
Please please avoid . I intend to contact trading standards see how I can report this scam
