Very easy to order, great selection and orders are delivered on time. I also like the fact how they update you from the moment they are sending your order until it has been received by the recipient.

Nordstrom has great clothes with excellent quality. The delivery time is quite long as it is from the US. Unfortunately one of the dresses were stained and very dirty so I contacted Nordstrom and was told to return it and they would refund me the return fee. Which they did. However if you do need to return something otherwise it is very expensive.

Atrocious service.
I wanted to arrange for a return as the clothes did not fit properly. However their phone number does not work, there is an automated message out of hrs but as soon as it is 09:00 hrs it is an engaged tone until 17:00 hrs when there is a recorded message again. I have sent an e-mail every day for over a week and I have had no response. I have now contacted the bank to dispute the charge.

I do like the clothes that Vestry has, the only reason why I did not give it 5* is due to the fact the sizing vary so much.

This is one of the best collagen supplements on the market, I tried the Gold collagen which is also good but prefer these tablets. I have used collagen supplements for several years and at almost 50 my skin, nails and hair is in excellent condition. My body's water level is over 75% which I have been advised is amazing.
It is easy to order, great price especially if you like m e order in bulk and the delivery is usually very fast.

When filling out the Passenger Locator form it did not accept the reference given on the e-mail. As it was late Saturday and my flight was on the Sunday I was not able to get hold of anyone to help me, therefore I had to purchase another test on line. We have tried to get in touch to get a refund but so far we have not yet received a response from yourselves.

As I arrived back on a Saturday night there were no service on a Sunday unless you arrange a courier for an extra cost. So I would not recommend this company unless you arrive back midweek.

Love the cards from Funky Pigeon, it is easy to personalise and they come out looking great. Plus the delivery is always very fast.

Great website with excellent products. This dress was sold out everywhere so I was pleased when I found it here. But it took a bit longer to receive the dress than I had expected.

I ordered two bathrobes for my nieces with their names on. They arrived and looked lovely however the material is extremely coarse and it is not suitable for young children, shame as they looked nice.

I ordered flowers for an International delivery, and somehow the address came out a bit strange as the letters they use do not show on our key board, so I tried calling them as well as sending them an e-mail to correct this. However I received several e-mail responses with various messages so it was incredibly confusing. Luckily the flowers did arrive at the correct address. Nice bouquet but seemed to be mainly greenery rather than flowers.

Love this foundation, gives a great coverage and is very buildable. Difficult to match my exact skin color but usually mix two together.

This is a great gift idea, delivery was prompt, just wished the socks were of better quality.

As always the delivery was delayed, it was supposed to be delivered in the day but was then delayed to the evening slot, between 19:00-21:00 hrs and as soon as I saw this I knew it would not be delivered at all. Which was correct it was not delivered until next day. It is infuriating when you pay extra to have something delivered next day and due to the terrible service by Hermes, it never is delivered when it should be, it does not matter if it is Christmas time or any other time of the year.
If a driver can not see an address or find it easily they just drive on and hope that the next driver will deliver.
