100% awful company

100% awful company. Every reply from them says the same "we are sorry and we are working at improving things blah blah blah". Hundreds of complaints so how long does it take for your to make improvements? All that is required is a simple change to your messaging to say this is an auto renew subscription so if you sign up for the 1 week plan or 1 month plan then you are really signing up forever. 100s of people complaining can't be wrong. In the world of online subscriptions people are used to having to cancel IF IT IS EXPLAINED THEY NEED TO DO SO but this scam just makes you think you've signed up and paid for a time limited service. Zero transparency, zero accountability and robotic and meaningless replies from customer "service". Call your bank and complain, complain to PayPal and whichever platform you were unlucky enough to find their advert on Play, Apple Store, Facebook etc. My bank also recommended calling PayPal 0800 358 7911 to block the company from being able to access any future payments if you paid via PayPal. So many negative reviews must tell No Diet that they are doing something wrong.

I have a similar complaint as many…

UPDATED AFTER RESPONSE FROM NO DIET. As with others, the reply from No Diet is useless and means nothing. I have already contacted them directly and they have done nothing to help Refund the money you have taken if you want to help. After all the complaints you've had why have you not already improved your messaging to let people know what to expect? * I have a similar complaint as many others on here regarding lack of clarity around subscriptions. I signed up for a 1 week trial and received an email saying I had a 1 week subscription. There was nothing in that email about cancelling anything or any further payments being taken. Today I have £31 taken from my bank account and they are refusing to refund it. There was no warning that they were about to take it so I had no chance of cancelling soemthing that I wasn't even aware of having signed up to. I've raised as dispute on PayPal and would encourage others in the same position to raise with their banks or PayPal as this should not be allowed to happen.

Still waiting on delivery

Ordered 10 bags of builder's sand on 17 May. Delivery was due on 21 May. I was out of the house for around 30 mins and that is when they said they tried to deliver it! There was no card left to say anyone had been to the house. I waited and waited, still expecting it to turn up and then when checking emails later I saw a 'delivery failure' message. When I checked tracking it said attempted delivery at 17.24 but also delivered back to depot at 17.24. Customer service takes forever and so I've now sent 3 emails trying to get a new delivery date! 26 May and still no date for delivery - meanwhile I can't finish the job I started. Really poor service and will not buy from Wickes again.

We're sorry to hear about the trouble with your sand delivery. It's not ideal when a delivery is missed, and there's difficulty rescheduling. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll look into what happened with your order and address the delays you've experienced. We've sent you a request on Trustpilot to request for more information-GS

Item not turned up.

Ordered a bag on 8 December for a Christmas present. It's now 23 December and still no bag nor have I had any response (other than an automated reply) from customer enquires. Very poor customer service and doubt the bag will arrive now in time for Christmas.

zero communication

No idea yet if flowers were delivered to recipient. They were supposed to be delivered yesterday but no tracking info received. Emailed to enquire and no reply to email.

Update 4 November 5.45pm - Still no flowers which were ordered on 31 October. It's too late now for them to be delivered - almost 6pm - and there are no deliveries at weekends so I think I can safely say the flowers are not going to turn up. I would like full refund so please arrange this immediately. So many bad reviews for this company, they are obviously scamming people. How can so many orders just disappear and how can a company whose business is to deliver flowers not actually have any mechanism to track orders? I would say it's a joke but it's not funny at all.

Dear M. Young,

Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback.

The bouquet ordered is one of our postal items, sent via Royal Mail as a first class parcel. Due to the delivery method, we are unable to track these items. Unfortunately, the only way of knowing that the flowers have been safely received is to check with the recipient.

Please be aware that these items can take 1-2 working days from the selected date for delivery.

Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Kind regards,
