Just terrible charging practices…
Just a terrible company and practices on charging without notice. My elderly mother requested a sample for £15, which was processed, then only a few hours later charged £79.99 without notice or reason why. Which thankfully the bank spotted and stopped the transactions, and we had to cancel the credit card to stop this company from continuing to request payment and any future payments on some kind of schedule. Stay well clear!!! Just unforgivable behaviour.

Unauthorized continuing payments
This company is knowingly scamming people. They join the ranks of other on line companies that provide confusing information so they can defend themselves to a 1 star review by saying it is all laid out for you in their ordering information and then offer their policies,etc in page after page of information. Well, here is what I can say to this company DO NOT BOTHER....you know who you are and are laughing all the way to the bank making millions of dollars yearly off of the backs of hard working people.
I am editing my review after the company responded to me offering there help. I had already reached out to this scammer before the above review was written. The friendly and supposedly empathetic Customer Service person, Nora, offered her concern and acknowledged how frustrating my concerns with the company must be. She then informed me that no payments could be refunded because they use a digital service and they are non-refundable. This is what they tell all people who write a 1 star review.
