Statue ordered is about half the size pictured and looks nothing like the advertised Gothic Dark Fantasy Figure. It looks like something a kid made out of gummy bears and that's unfortunately an insult to gummy bears. Total rip-off, don't buy, avoid like the plague, complaint launched with Youtube for all the good it will do!!!!

Overclockers had the parts I needed and were on point with prices. I particularly like how you can sign up to receive a notification when out of stock items become available again. I just ordered a sweet Jonsplus TK-1 case following a notification, it had been out of stock for some time and I had almost forgotten about it. I wish Overclockers would offer free delivery on orders. When building systems I often find the parts I need on Overclockers are on parr with prices at other vendors e.g. Amazon / AWD-IT / CCL etc but the free delivery offered by the other vendors will get them the sale.

Lots of choice online, fair price for pre-owned GPU. Item arrived well packaged in original box complete with all required accessories. The GPU was spotless, silent and runs perfectly.

I got the best price here according to Google Shopping. The item I was after had all the information I needed, plenty of pictures and a straight forward online ordering process. Order confirmation and delivery comms were very prompt and goods arrived on the day promised. I wasn't familiar with this company but they had excellent online reviews, the best price and goods in stock, 10 out of 10, would recommend and would use again, cheers.

Ordered online, received email confirmation of order and delivery date notification which came and went. Noticed a new email from them which just stated order had been cancelled, no explanation. I also noticed shortly after placing the order with RSSHOP a total of 60+ emails and counting, from various alleged common vendors, all spoofed fraud attempts to get my details. I haven't given my email address out to anyone for weeks and rarely receive junk mail then all of a sudden 60+ emails which appear from the same source when you look beyond the spoofed fraud details. Too much of a coincidence, stay clear of this outfit, from my experience RSShop are very dodgy.

I bought a Numark DJ Platinum deck, it arrived loose in a box 3 times its size, not impressed with the packaging. The item was manky, I had to spend a good 30 mins with cotton buds and alcohol wipes to get rid of all the dead skin, hair and general sticky stuff. Item arrived with just a power cable, no instruction manual, software or box was provided. The deck had some corrosion or melted damage on the top case but it appears cosmetic, item works fine though and after downloading the manual and companion DJ software I am happy enough with the deal.

Apple Trade Terrible Experience
I bought a new iPad Air from the Apple website and offered up my previous tablet for trade in. I was given an estimate value of £85 ( which is pretty low I think ) for my iPad pro which genuinely looks brand new, it has always been in a case, there isn't a scratch or blemish anywhere on it. I was contacted by the Apple agent yesterday acknowledging receipt of my iPad confirmed the original offer price of £85 then to my shock a revised price of £0.00 ???? due to white spots on the screen. They then had the nerve to cheerily ask if I would like to confirm and complete the trade. I have rejected the offer, what a scam. There were no white spots on my screen probably just lint. Clearly Apple / agent is incentivised to try and knock all trade in offers down, disgusting behavior, horrible experience, avoid like the plague, shame on you Apple. --UPDATE-- my tablet was returned a couple of days later and it is now badly scratched in 2 separate areas like someone has scribbled on it with a small screwdriver. The scratches weren't there when I sent it away, they could only have happened at apple trade in platform who aren't contactable for comment, the listed website doesn't even work/exist when you click on it . NEVER USE APPLE TRADE IN, sell privately or use a tech exchange shop, you will get 30% to 50% more without all the stress of dealing with a dishonest Apple trade in platform.

Overclocker had the best price on the item I was after. There was plenty of good information on their website about the item I purchased together with the all important photographs. Order process was straight forward and comms from Overclocker were good, from order confirmation to delivery notifications, thank you.
