Over the weekend, the payment made on my meter key did not register although the amount was taken. This was very stressful as there was barely any electricity left. EMILY at Octopus was very helpful, friendly and acted quickly. Within the hour, the meter had been credited the money. Very grateful.

I found the watch I had been looking for for my daughter's birthday at Watch Shop £80 cheaper than anywhere else. I was overjoyed! Very easy to order and arrived within a day in perfect condition. Did I mention that postage was free? Another great reason to buy from this supplier.

We decided to change our utilities supplier to be more environmentally friendly. We did some research and we decided to go with Bulb because they supply renewable electricity and support carbon reducing projects around the world. Bulb has been very easy to switch to and to deal with. We are really pleased with our decision to switch to them plus we love the unicorns!.

On the 9th January 2021 I went to pets at home in St Albans to exchange dog shoes that I had bought 2 days previously (my dog has an allergy to grass) but which had proved too small.
When I bought the shoes, I was asked if I wanted a receipt to which I replied that I did not, believing that there must be something in place to issue a refund without a receipt if need be. I did not realise that not giving a receipt is a way of not issuing refunds at all.
Danni the sales girl was Argumentative, rude and confrontational. There was no customer care at all. There were no credit notes available and no attempt to get one written. I have a VIP card so pets at home knew I had bought the shoes at their store and when. So no excuse. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Medlock Estates came to the rescue a number of times when I was managing my own property, finding a locksmith and a wonderful handyman. They did this all free of charge, always friendly and helpful. I am very pleased to say that they now manage my property. I have found them to be honest, hardworking, great listeners and excellent negotiators. I would thoroughly recommend.

After getting to the basket to discover that most of my items were unavailable - I was then unable to click through to the final page to make the payment for the items I had! Arghh ! Having no alternative but to phone through, I was subjected to third rate thrash metal assaulting my ears and - wait for it - no one to pick up the phone - appalling

After trailing around the normal pet supermarkets and being disappointed if not downright aghast at the prices of adaptil dog collars, I turned to the internet and discovered the collar I needed at a brillinat price and with next day delivery. I placed my order, picked a time slot - so helpful - and the following day, at the beginning of my time slot, a friendly driver appeared at my door. I could have hugged him! My dog is so much happier now too. Thank you Fetch!

My daughter decided almost last minute, to create a book for father's day as a special gift. The Jessops website was a pleasure to use - so easy and creative. She worried that the book might not arrive in time as she had started it so late, yet it arrived at our local store with plenty of time to be collected, which was fantastic. The book itself was a wonderful reminder of the bond between father and daughter, with vibrant colours and quality paper. It is much appreciated and will be treasured.
