Communication is key
Enact acted on behalf of Nationwide to fulfil the legal elements of a remortgage. Although just about everything is sent and dealt with online (unless a signature required) the contact still felt personal. All dealings were professional and courteous and a good outcome was achieved. No complaints, not so much as a grumble. A great service.

all the staff i dealt with we very helpful .on the day of completion there was a problem that could have been a disaster .but they went that extra mile to ensure that it all worked out in the end. The whole team is well informed able to pick up easily on what has been done or needs doing . just by checking the notes that are left ,this made it so less stressful than it looked like it could or was about to be. so who ever set this up well done and don't change a thing as it works well .
