These are really high quality dog beds, very well made in England, and although not cheap are well worth the extra. They are easy to wash in a large domestic machine and are clearly made to last, as seems to be the case with everything made by this company. This is my third purchase of their products and all are lasting well and still as good as new. Deliveries are very swift, but I cannot emphasise enough that the main features are the outstanding quality and durability of these products.

These are quality saucepans and lids, which last well and are great to use. They were promptly delivered for free, even on a Saturday, well packaged and in perfect condition. Great products and service, thank you.

I placed my order for fence stakes, ties and mesh fencing on 11/05/26 and was advised almost immediately that the items actually held in stock at the local branch, were ready for collection. However there was a marketplace item, the mesh, from another supplier, although all items were for the same project, so none any good to me without all items. I was hoping that this would be delivered for me to collect with the other items within 2 or 3 days, but there followed various messages then from Evri, (surprise! after 30 years experience in road transport I know all about them!) with excuses for the delay. Due to the delays, this then clashed with an appointment I had requiring me to be away from home for a few days, and B & Q wanting to cancel the other items as I wouldn't be collecting them within the allocated 7 days. A call to the local branch and this was quickly resolved by the helpful B&Q staff who agreed to keep the items for me. Eventually Evri did manage to deliver the mesh, which was apparently too large for their van and needed a specialist courier - it fitted easily into my car without even lowering the rear seats. Due to this saga I have given 4 stars but as explained B & Q were great but let down on this occasion by Evri. Not sure which party chooses the transport, B&Q or their supplier but I would just say that other (better & more reliable) carriers are available.

From previous experience 8 to 12 months ago, I received excellent service from KC pet insurance from Agria. I have therefore insured this time to the max available!

Considering these are 'made to measure' blinds, I was extremely impressed with the rapid service. I ordered over a bank holiday weekend and received the binds in perfect condition the following Thursday morning. Fantastic service, couldn't ask for more and would certainly purchase from Blinds Direct again.

I always try to research everything before I buy, and I wasn't disappointed on this occasion. The fittings and accessories were delivered first, very well packaged and undamaged all within a cardboard tube. However I couldn't see much point in this as the actual flooring was not in stock and followed a short time later. This wasn't a problem but could have been one delivery. Once received this is a fairly easy product to use, but I would advise spending time to absolutely ensure that each plank is carefully and fully locked into previous ones as otherwise they tend to separate, requiring them to be taken apart and the process repeating. Going slowly and being thorough is the key here. Having completed the job I am VERY pleased with the result and would definitely recommend this product and supplier. With dogs in my household, this product is so much easier to keep clean and hair free than the previous carpet which I am now thankful to be rid of!

Excellent advice and service from Aqualisa, everything carried out exactly as expected except for the actual replacement of my shower unit which took only a fraction of the time I expected! An excellent job done by the engineer and looking forward to using my new shower tomorrow morning. Having tried to keep an ailing unit going which from their excellent records they informed me was 14 years old, I looked at doing this myself buying the replacement unit from Screwfix, but for the only slightly increased cost of having the manufacturers engineer to carry out the work it's really not worth the effort and aggravation of trying to save just a few pounds.
