Great service, great quality product and quick service

These are really high quality dog beds, very well made in England, and although not cheap are well worth the extra. They are easy to wash in a large domestic machine and are clearly made to last, as seems to be the case with everything made by this company. This is my third purchase of their products and all are lasting well and still as good as new. Deliveries are very swift, but I cannot emphasise enough that the main features are the outstanding quality and durability of these products.

Excellent product (dog mat) and excellent customer service/speedy delivery. I have previously purchased dog mats/beds from this company and will continue to do so. The quality is exceptional, perfect for a chewy spaniel- he can’t ruin this one and he likes it anyway so doesn’t try to anymore now that he’s a bit older-he was a puppy when I first purchased their products. He’s nestles down into it, has a good dig/scratch and it doesn’t get damaged. Wipe down regularly, dries quick. Excellent all round.

I have already done my review on this fantastic company but would just like to add on my first review I did mention my spoilt pup was being a bit fussy and taking her time to get used to her bed well I have received an email today from the company to say they have sent out a comfy cushion for the bottom of her bed which I find a lovely gesture from them and I’m sure Mabel our pup will love the cushion again this company is one of the best I have had the pleasure to deal with and will definitely recommend to anyone who wants a top quality bed for their pet and fantastic customer service 😊

Nice tough dog beds for new double travel cage - easy to clean, waterproof and very tough for two excited scrabbly spaniels who try and wreck their beds every time they get in the car. Had one before a long time ago, and amazingly still in one piece - brought two new ones to fit in car cage permanently. Brilliant.

Terry is wonderful. One quick phone call and he said he’d send me what I needed. I asked if I could pay him any money. He refused. I don’t think I’d buy my dog beds from anywhere else. This particular waterproof rectangular deep bed from Country dog Beds is 14 years old and still going strong. Sturdy British made. Absolutely worth the money and the excellent, kind customer service is priceless and oh so rare in this day and age.
