I was really disappointed when I received my products, the Exclamation had virtually no smell and the Wild Musk lasted about 5 minutes on my skin before fading completely.
I considered returning the items, however I've just put it down to a bad experience, which is unfortunate as I'm sure you have many happy customers.

I thought this was just another company contacting me with regards to claimimg PPI, and to be honest I felt a bit pressured by them, asking if I had taken out loans, mortgages etc. Eventually I did complete the online questionnaire which was fairly simple and not really long winded,
I've now been advised by them that it looks like I was charged PPI going back many years and the company seem confident I have a claim, so in the long run it's been worthwhile.
I must add they they were extremely professional and kept me updated with all information that was relevant. I'm glad now they pursued this as it may be beneficial to me.

I placed an order for a double bed on Saturday 02/04/16 and paid right away. Within 24 hours I had to cancel the order, I called them on Sunday and spoke to a guy called Terry who couldn't have been more helpful, I explained my situation and within 48 hours the money was refunded to me, no hassle or grief.
