Great quality and pricing. Small issue resolved swiftly

I have ordered from All Jerseys previously and opted to use them again over many other retailers advertising Football shirts, and had great efficient service. Though the products were spot on and I am very happy with them I was a little disappointed in the time it took for my shirts to arrive I ordered in good time to have them for the start of the new season but they arrived after the first game. But I would recommend them to others

Ordered the jersey and the site said it was from a UK distributor. After a two week wait and an international flight the jersey showed up. It looks the business just fine. It’s a shame it’s way smaller than it should be. I’ve purchased many jerseys directly from the football team and it has always been a XL size. I ordered an XL this time and it’s at least one size too small. I can’t wear it so it seems like a waste of money now.

Edit: I have changed my review to 3*'s as the seller has contacted me directly, and almost immediately, with a very good solution. If the solution is as promised I will update again.

I was really surprised by the quality of the product, more importantly the price. I did not have to wait very long which also helped, really impressed with this company.

Item ordered 26th August showed expected delivery 29th August to 2nd September today is 5th September and still no sign of my order almost 2 weeks after order was placed. Cannot contact customer service as keep being directed to AI responses and have been in contact with AI 3 times to be told someone would reach out within 24 hours each time. Finally received a generic response on the 4th sept stating it’s 48 hours from when Royal Mail scan the item into their network. Didn’t offer to check or chase up no empathy and no compensation or reassurance offered by company, overall very poor experience.

I highly recommend All Jerseys, authentic high quality jerseys combined with excellent customer service. Fast delivery with regular updates. When l contacted customer service about returning a jersey as l ordered wrong size, they arranged for correct size to be couriered to me and best of all told me to keep the jersey and gift it to someone else. WOW is all l can say.

The football top badge / team logo after 2 hours of wearing just fell apart and peeled off . I have contacted them by e mail for a replacement or refund and still haven't heard anything from them after 3 days . Very disappointed with the service and product .

I ordered 4 shirts, 3 x stadium tops, 1 x authentic. Order process was easy, shipping confirm, be aware that shipping is exactly as the web describes, don’t expect tomorrow. Communication from the team was brilliant. Products were all great although they all come up a little smaller than standard sizes in the UK especially the authentic kit. I wanted to exchange the authentic kit due to sizing, no issue exchange, great comms from the team. Quality is amazing. Same as if you were to buy from the club shop, all badged, labelled as expected adidas products. 💯 use again, this is my 2nd order

The shirt is a nice fit. but is missing a small badge that the original has just above the hem line on righthand side.
ok for the money,just small detail but noticeable.

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same shirt and they were ever so helpful correcting my mistake. The Aston Villa shirt was a very reasonable price and great quality.

Ordered from all Jerseys before this time i ordered the wrong size contacted them and they proceeded with the next size up to XL which arrived today they said not to send the Large one back and to keep it.

Great customer service the only small negative comment is postage could be quicker, otherwise I'm pleased with my purchase.
