Both Nicolae and Lee R provided excellent and courteous delivery service. They went about dismantling the old bed as the person who was due to take away the old bed the previous day was delayed. There was an issue getting the bed frames up the stairs so they had to bring it in via the first floor window. The head board also couldn't be brought up the stairs, so they rang the warehouse to find the best solution for me. They were both proactive in solving all the issues encountered and left everything tidy, taking all packaging away. They also provided excellent advice on what to do with the new mattress. I was fully satisfied with the service received where I felt they went beyond to help me in every way they can.

Prompt reply to emails and prompt refund of products returned. However, you need to pay for the return delivery cost to China which was expensive.

Prompt and efficient service. The shoes are great but I wish I ordered one size smaller as I wasn't sure of the boot size. I should have paid more attention to the length of the feet. Difficult to buy shoes online but needed a pair as my previous pair broke.
