I emailed Enjoy a week prior to travelling with a number of questions which they did not answer.

Upon arrival in Spain the car hire company demanded a €3000 deposit, Enjoy had informed me it was going to be €1400. The Car hire cost €442 which Enjoy informed me would be €188.

We arrived at 11pm and went to the Car Hire Office to collect the car as instructed by Enjoy.

This information was also incorrect as we needed to make a trip back to Arrivals to collect the Car Keys.

This was frustrating for us and our young grandchildren.

I done really know what we paid Enjoy for!

I would heartily recommend that other travellers find alternative providers.

Seemed straight forward at first. Although when I had a question this was not answered.

It was very time consuming and not obvious that you do not in-fact lease cars you just pass my details to a third party. A third party who is in-fact not competitive and has no deals at your advertised prices.

Very straightforward and uncomplicated whilst not taking an inordinate amount of time to deal with my enquiry and subsequent needs.

I needed to hire a second van as we were moving house and we underestimated the amount of possessions we had accrued.

I hired a van from Beerhouse and the service was excellent. It cost £80 for 24 hours.. Sadly Beerhouse did not have a second van available so we hired a second van from Enterprise.

We phoned the central booking line who confirmed that we could hire a van from 10am. Pretty good as we only rang at 9am. Then we received email confirmation of the contract so far so good. Then I received a phone call from the local branch to say that they did not have the promised vehicle on site and they would have to have one delivered from 50 miles away and it would not be available until 11am.

I arrived at the local branch to be addressed as 'my love'. Then I was informed that we 'normally' charge £70 to hire a mercedes sprinter for 24 hours but it is supply and demand so we can charge whatever we want.

I took exception to the normally to mean that I was abnormal and I explained that this was not acceptable and I did not like it. The young lady then said I can tell you are angry. I said no I am not angry but I am aggrieved.

I will not use enterprise again as I found her attitude to be condescending.
